Royal Greenwich Together Holiday Food and Fun Brochure

The end of the school year is fast approaching, and whilst many will be looking forward to the break, for some families it can be a stressful time. With help from partners across the borough, and funding from the Department for Education, the Holiday Food and Fun programme will ensure that every child in the Royal Borough of Greenwich has the opportunity to make memories and enjoy themselves. The scheme is designed to provide free spaces at holiday clubs for children who would usually receive free school meals. From 26 July to 27 August, dozens of different clubs will be running across the borough, including football camps, arts and crafts clubs and youth hubs. On top of that, they will ensure that young people have access to free nutritious meals all summer long. The brochure below details what’s on offer – All clubs will be operating according to any COVID-19 restrictions in place.

To register a place for your child, contact the club directly using the details provided. You can also find all the registration details and a handy map on our website. Please note that all programmes will have places for children and young people with a special educational need and/or disability. Please contact the individual provider to discuss the needs of your child/young person. If your child attends a special school in the borough and/or has a package of care from social services, they can access the specialist SEND provision and programmes. All programmes are aimed at school children aged between 4 and 16. However, if your child has a special educational need and/or disability, they are welcome up to the age of 19.
