Mental Health Week Awareness Week 18-24 May 2020

Mental Health Awareness Week takes place this week from 18-24 May 2020. The theme is 'kindness'. We have collected a range of resources  to help support child, family and adult mental health and well-being.

There are lots of new situations and emotions that children may be experiencing during the lockdown. There may be more conflict at home, increased levels of loneliness and isolation, or even difficulty sleeping. This resource is filled with guidance, videos and practical activities to support children and families with the different effects the lockdown may be having on them.

Do you need urgent help?

If your mental or emotional state quickly gets worse, or you're worried about someone you know - help is available.

You're not alone; talk to someone you trust. Sharing a problem is often the first step to recovery.
